Company Day at the Realschule Bildungszentrum Seefälle  in Filderstadt-Bonlanden

On this day, the pupils of the 9th classes were able to get an idea of the training in different companies and professions.

The presentation of Putzmeister started with a short introduction of the company. Then we presented the commercial professions of industrial clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) and warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) as well as the technical professions of industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and vehicle painter (m/f/d). In addition, we showed the BAUMA image film, in which Putzmeister's major projects of the last few years could be seen. The students were also able to gain a brief insight through the 360° tour of the training workshop.

At the end, we went into more detail on the topics of Welcome Days, construction site visits and other highlights of the apprenticeship and informed the students about the benefits during the apprenticeship as well as the application process. 

Through the company day, Putzmeister is able to introduce itself very well to the pupils and we were able to arouse the interest of one or two of them in an apprenticeship.
